Under Armour’s app MyFitnessPal is a three-for-one diet tracker, calorie counter, and exercise motivator. The app personalizes your goals based off of your body type and the food you’re eating. There’s about 5 million foods in their database to choose from so you’re not just typing in “chicken"—which means you can determine how many calories you're actually taking in and burning off.

Meditating is known to help battle insomnia and increase productivity at work.
YOGA WAKE UP
Yoga Wake Up prompts you to start your practice as soon as you roll out of bed by playing calming audio sequences that eases you into 10 minutes of morning stretches. Try it as soon you open your eyes rather than, you know, scrolling through Instagram. Soon, you won’t even need an alarm clock.
If you are simply looking to enhance your booty only, then we must tell you that ‘spot reduction' is very hard if not impossible to do.
Do this routine 3-4 times a week with proper nutrition as discussed earlier and you will get fantastic results.
Not unfamiliar to you i'm sure but squats are known to be extremely effective at reducing unwanted fat and toning the buttocks.
It has the super power of toning the abs, strengthening and toning the thighs at the same time it works on your butt, giving you a sexy sculpted look.
A modification to the popular forward lunge, the side lunge is great at utilizing the hip muscles.
For more intensity you can use dumbbells.
Try to wring out at least 20 on each side on your first attempt and increase as you go.
Do these daily and you will get a bigger butt with wider hips faster than you think.
Side-Lying Leg Lifts
Easy to do, side-lying leg lifts just require that you lie down on one side then place your forearm on the ground to support your upper body. One foot should be stacked on top of the other.
Raise the top foot about 3 feet or more if you can, hold for 2 seconds then lower back down and repeat for 15 reps then change sides.
This exercise will not only help to firm your butt but will also help develop proper posture since it takes your entire side into play. It also helps to reduce love handles and side fat. Nice, right?
