Meatballs without the Spaghetti!
I was craving meat this week and wanted to indulge in some tasty meatballs without the guilt. So instead of pasta I rested these delicious protein packed meatballs on a bed of zucchini and squash.
This dip was absolutely divine! I was skeptical at first, and thought I was about to make a very big mistake and waste a perfectly good eggplant. But it turned out amazing and with every dip is a surprise of flavors you're sure to love!
